Cancelling your Anytime account
To cancel your Anytime dial up contract call our Customer Options Team on 0845 140 6002. Lines are open every weekday (except Bank Holidays) between 9.00am-5.30pm. After a quick security check one of our agents will be happy to process your request.
Please remember that as part of the service we require no less than 7 days notice to cancel your service, if you are planning to cancel we recommend that you do so at least 7 days prior to your next invoice in order to maximise your paid through time.
Note: we can't reply to cancellation requests made by Ticket. Please contact our Customer Options team on the telephone number above who will be able to deal with your query.
