Unbilled Calls

View the details of all unbilled calls since your last invoice by visiting the Talk section in My Account. Click on View your unbilled Madasafish Talk calls to view your itemised bill including a complete list of the type of calls made, cost, total number of calls, duration and destination of the call. Unbilled calls allow you to view your credit limit and make payments.

  • To download call records click on Download calls
  • To make a deposit against your unbilled calls click on Make Payment
  • To view the call details including dialled number, date, time, duration and the cost of each call click on the individual links under Type of call

With call details you can see what time of the day you use your phone the most. If you are on Talk Free and use your phone the most during the day, you can always change to Talk Anytime. To switch to Talk Anytime, go to the Talk section in My Account and click on the link Switch now.

Download call records to see which number you call most often. This can help you make the most of your Favourite Five. (Note: This feature is no longer available for new customers, or existing customers who haven't yet set it up).

Invoices

You can view your invoices for the last six months.

  • To view your invoices online please visit My Account and click on the Invoices tab
  • To view the full itemised invoice, please click on the View next to the desired invoice
  • To download your call records and save them on your computer for future reference click on Download calls
  • To update your method of payment, visit the My details section in My Account
